By horse, by carriage or by bike – this beautiful trail follows the rich heritage of Bourgueil. You will ride through forests and moors. Just open your eyes! You might see a deer, a stag or one of the many bird species living there.
You will come across beautiful wine grower estates built with white tufa stone. Throughout the forest massif, small glades with ponds will make your discovery ride most refreshing.

The region is also well-known for its great AOC wines (regional quality control label for wine, cheese, etc.)! Just open the doors of one of the many estates you will find on your way and taste the succulent nectars.
Or take a break at the “Maison du Vin” (wine house) in Bourgueil. In this former family residence of the comedian Jean Carmet, more than 130 cuvées are sold at farm-gate retail prices.
