The house is located in the semi-troglodytic hamlet of Bourg Neuf in Dampierre-sur-Loire, 6 km from Saumur and the confluence of the Vienne and Loire rivers.
Sylvie will give you a warm welcome by the monumental chimney, working perfectly well. The furniture of this room as been recreated of 15th century illuminated manuscripts.
Only 30 meters separate his troglodytic house from the “Loire by bike” route and the long-distance hiking trail GR3. It lies in between the castles of Saumur and Montsoreau in a calm and preserved environment.
Some "Villages de charme" (charming villages) and "Plus beaux villages de France" (most beautiful villages of France) are also nearby.
