On your way, take a close look at the troglodytic houses, the villages of Thizay and Lerné or else the flora of the moors close to the Roman camp. Getting to the end of the ride, you will have a great view of the Coudray-Montpensier castle.
If you still have some energy left, visit La Devinière-Musée Rabelais just around the corner! This charming building is nothing less but the birth house of Gargantua’s and Pantagruel’s father! The museum is dedicated to Rabelais’s life and work.
